I went here today and was neither greeted nor helped. I needed to take a number to wait, but I couldn't understand any of the kanji on the screen. A nice woman (who did not work there) helped me out. I waited and I heard my number. Before I had a chance to say anything I was skipped. Eventually someone came to ask me about my business and I told her I wanted a new phone. She said I'd have to wait a few weeks for it which I was fine with. She then saw my residents card and told me they couldn't do it because if they ordered the phone and it came 2 weeks later my visa would expire before my contract. Eventually the person who worked with me left to get their manager. He told me I'd have to go to another store to find a phone. As I write this I realize that I should of done things sooner, but I just got the feeling that I didn't want to be dealt with. I was like a hassle or something.

看板は「ソフトバンク&ワイモバイル」ですが実態はソフトバンクがメインなので、行くとほとんどがソフトバンクのみを勧められます。品揃えの機種もほとんどが、ソフトバンクでワイモバイルの機種は少ない感じです。 店員さんは親切ですが、ワイモバイルを利用したい方は近くの志木駅前の丸井の前にある店に行った方が良いと思います。 ソフトバンクがお好みの方はこの店が良いですね。

店員同士の情報共有ができていません。自分達のミスを認めず客のせいにしてきます。特に中年の男性店員は自分が言うことに責任を持たず平気で嘘をつきます。
